Job Description Overview: Esteem Dental Services is seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join a growing family dental practice in Somerset, NJ.
Responsibilities: Chairside dentist assistance and operatory preparation for various dental procedures. Warmly greeting patients, handling check-in and check-out, reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and calculating insurance copays. Managing scheduling, billing, and handling insurance plans.
Qualifications: Detail-oriented approach with a professional attitude and strong multi-tasking skills. Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience required.
part-time $16 - $26 per hour

Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience.
Key Skills: Experience handling dental insurance plans, billing, scheduling, and patient management. Strong computer skills, organization, reliability, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, people skills, and professional demeanor.
Optional Qualifications: X-ray certification and ability to pour and trim diagnostic models are a plus.
Language Skills: Bilingual candidates (Spanish speaking) are preferred.
