Who We’re Looking For:

We need caring and responsible individuals who:
✔ Are at least 18 years old
✔ Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and sensitivity to others’ needs
✔ Have completed a 60-hour Personal Care Homemaker Training Program (Massachusetts Council)
✔ Hold a valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
✔ Are CPR certified
✔ Have a valid driver’s license and at least one year of personal care experience
✔ Can pass all required background checks (CORI, OIG, SORI, NARS)
✔ Are proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

What You’ll Do:

As a Personal Care Homemaker , you will help clients maintain safety, comfort, and dignity at home by providing:

Personal Care Assistance

• Help with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support

  Household Support

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, dusting)
• Assist with grocery shopping and appointment scheduling

• Observe and report any changes in a client’s physical or mental condition
• Ensure a warm, supportive, and engaging environment
