Cargill seeks a Mining Associate to support safe, efficient material extraction for our manufacturing operations. In this role you will operate and monitor mining and material-handling equipment, perform routine inspections, and support basic maintenance to maximize uptime. You’ll collect samples and complete quality checks, accurately record production data, and follow strict MSHA/OSHA and environmental standards. Collaborating with maintenance, safety, and production teams, you will help identify hazards, participate in safety programs, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.
