About the Role:

French Feast Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our team in Oakland, NJ! Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to order slips
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging
• Prepare and label packages for shipment in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace
• Meet daily pick/pack quotas and productivity targets
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking incoming inventory
• Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or scanners as needed

Requirements:

• Prior warehouse, picker/packer, or fulfillment center experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic ability to read and follow written or printed instructions
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
