Experienced Sous Chef/Line Cook Wanted – Italian Cuisine

Established, family-owned Italian restaurant in Chicago is seeking an experienced Line cook/Sous Chef with a strong background in authentic Italian cuisine to join our team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook in an Italian restaurant.
• Thorough knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques, sauces, pastas, meats, seafood, and daily specials.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and passionate about quality food.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
